How does the waiver process work?

Register your team to get onto a waitlist. If a spot opens up, and you're next in line, we'll accept you into the tournament and you'll be notified via email.

Do I need to pay to be on the waitlist?

You must enter payment information to get on a waitlist, but you will not be charged unless your team makes it into the tournament.

The division I want is full, could I register for another division and get on the waitlist for my first choice?

Yes. This is what most teams do. The only way to ultimately get into the division you want is to be on the waitlist for that division. If you're team gets off of the waitlist, we would move your registered team over from the other division instead of charging you for another team.

Could I be on multiple waitlists?

Yes, you just need to register a new team for each division you are trying for.

Will you expand divisions with large waitlists?

We would make any big decisions, such as division expansions, before the registration deadline. Saturday Triples is as full as it can be.

When will we know if we're in or not?

There is no cut-off date, we will attempt to fill team drops up until the day of the tournament. We'll automatically take teams off of the waitlist up until the week of the event. The week of the event, we will contact teams to see if they are still able to make it before moving them into the tournament.

I'm on the waitlist but can no longer make it, what do we need to do?

Withdraw your team by using the edit link found in the email you received from Volleyball Life after you registered.
