Waupaca Boatride Volleyball Tournament

Camping

The following is a list of Waupaca Boatride Volleyball Tournament camping rules and information.

UPDATE

We have some major changes to announce regarding our campground due to the field conditions on the camping property. For those not living in Wisconsin, we've experienced records amount of rainfall and flooding this past month, so we're trying to navigate what Mother Nature has handed us. Changes include:

1. The campground will open at noon on Thursday, instead of the posted Wednesday night. We need to keep people off of the property for as long as we can. If you have Wednesday plans that can't be changed, please contact us and we will work something out. If you rented a camper, please call your rental company and reschedule the delivery time.

2. We're not allowing vehicles on the camp sites. You'll arrive and park your cars in a parking area and need to walk to your campsite. RVs: see #4.

The fewer vehicles your group brings to the tournament, the better. Please carpool if possible. This goes for camping and parking. If you can't carpool to Oshkosh, please consider meeting up at nearby park-and-rides or parking lots to consolidate vehicles.

3. There will not be any assigned campsites. We're unable to utilize the normal campsites map, so we're going old school by allowing everyone to stake claim to their site within a designated area in the field. See map below for a general idea of what it will look like.

Small pop-up campers and people sleeping out of their vehicles: we hope to have a designated area for you, but it is dependent on conditions.

4. RVs and anyone that had a double site will be parked side-by-side along the gravel road that runs through the property.

We will be sharing the weekend ground rules and waiver with all campers when they check in.

Everything is subject to change, so please be patient with us as we figure out how to make this work for everyone. If you have questions, send them to camping@waupacaboatride.com.

REGISTRATION

Registration is closed. If you need a site, you may pay at check-in. Cash only.

As you enter, please go to the camper's check-in tent (you will see the signs) to pick up your window sticker which must be attached to your vehicle's windshield at all times. WINDOW STICKERS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN VEHICLES.

If you arrive after hours, you may go to your assigned site but you will need to come back when the camper's check-in tent is open to get your parking sticker and officially check in.

We're unable to open the campgrounds before Thursday at noon, if you are looking for places to stay, please see our Hotel options or try local year-round campgrounds such as Oshvegas Palms Resort or Circle R Campground.
